Well, assuming (there's that word again) that it is the same as the TR6 all
you have to do is pull the flywheel (may as well get it resurfaced since it is
getting a new clutch) and there is an aluminium seal carrier that is held in
place by four (or more) bolts. If you can get the old seal out without
removing the carrier you won't need a new gasket.
Inspect the surface on the crankshaft and clean any crusted carbon with some
solvent on a soft rag.
