The problem on the newly molded (or recapped, in this case) tires is that
the beads "curl in" and even a restrictor belt doesn't force them apart
enough to make them contact the inside of the rim.  With no contact, the
tires will not hold pressure.  And, they are tubeless because that's the
rule at the track.
