Hole Locations

I replaced the rear valence on my 71 TR6.  The new part is installed and 
painted but I do not know where the hole locations are for the licence plate or 
the hole for the wires for the licence plate lite that is in the bumper.  If 
anyone could provide these dimensions it would be greatly appreciated. The 
holes in the plate are at 7inches on center.
