Most of them come with an outer collar that you push into the opening and
turn some tabs to hold in place.  The player then snaps into the collar.
Mine also came with an assortment of screw holes, which I used instead of
the collar, being careful to use very short screws that did not protrude
inside the case.

Then the back of the unit generally gets supported with a strap of some
sort.  Mine came with the strap, drilled every 1/2" or so and easily cut to
length.
