I went to where I keep my extras stored and had planned on just pulling the speedo gear and housing. Instead I brought the tranny home. I'm at the same point here on the second tranny. The rear extension is just not cooperating. I have to assume that it is the rear bearing just being a PITA. I'm going to soak and clean both of them for a day or two then see what happens. Would some heat to the bearing help? Terry Hampton Bays NY 46 to go |
