Hi Bob,
As for the cushioning, what type of foam are you using? I ask because
I am curious if anyone has ever used memory foam to re-upholster their
seat cushions.
I have a really thick 4" piece of memory foam that I think would
really give my 70-72 high-back TR6 seats a better feel, but I'd like
to see if anyone has experimented with this stuff for car seats.
I am currently getting ready to cut templates from the vinyl seat
covers to have new leather ones made using a local upholstery shop.
Has anyone tried using memory foam to make seat cushions? Memory foam
is the NASA stuff that's inside these tempu-pedic beds one sees
advertised.
Thanks to all,
Ted
