I recently stopped by Mini Tec in Royston, GA to visit with Norman Holley.
A really great guy whose mini upgrades are in a recent issue of Car and
Driver. He mentioned a friend with a TR6 for sale and attached is his e-mail
to
me. NFI other than trying to help a Triumph enthusiast and fellow pilot. By
the way, if anyone is in the North Georgia area, it would be worth your time
to visit Mini-Tec and see what they do. First time I ever saw a woody
mini-cooper and a mini pickup truck.

David,
Norman Holley at Mini Tech gave me your card advising that you may know
someone who may be interested in my 1971 TR-6.
Barry Rosenberg rebuilt the engine and clutch etc. 16,000 miles ago and it
is still running strong. I have redline tires on it and had the seats re built
and the exterior is white and looks very good. Also A new Wooden dash and
other parts plus an extra. wooden dash. My wife and I drove the TR to New
Hampshire and back a couple of years ago and I drive it at least once a week.
I
have receipts for over $12,000.00 spent over the last few years but someone
could probably still spend some more.
I will take $8,500.00 for it.
As you know we always spend more than we can ever get out of these things
but the enjoyment of ownership is worth a lot.
I am going to have to re-build an Airplane engine within the next year so I
need to sell the TR. My wife and I have a 03 special edition Miata which we
are trying to wear out. We drove it to California and back last year.
My phone number is 706 245-8215.
