Bulk HT Wire and Caps - Source?

Not too long ago there was a couple of postings on the HT distributor wire and 
caps, and I believe a source was listed, along with part numbers? The meat of 
the conversation revolved around solid core wire and the type of caps, 
resistance, etc. I've searched my archives, and the list, but found nothing. I 
seem to recall that a Belkin # was quoted.
