Hello Bob, I saw no answers, so here's what I did: I replaced the Poly foam with something similar I had laying around. My guess is that it not only seals the flap when closed, but also is meant to silence the airstream passing. At least that is what is done in modern cars. Would that apply to a TR? Marc '74 TR6 The Netherlands (also snow but mayby 1" and that's a lot by our standards!) |
