Patience is a virtue here.
Drain the oil. Get a gallon of Kroil (google Kano Labs ($20)) and fill
each cylinder.
Check daily, topping up as it seeps down. (Kerosene and othr witches brews
work, but usually slower)
I would go no further until you see a leak-down on each cylinder in, say a day.
At this point, I put a couple of ounces of STP into each cylinder for lube
and give it a day to seep in.
Replace the oil with something cheap.
Then attempt to move the crank via the crank pulley, not the starter.
If this does not yield results within, say 2 weeks, you're pretty much
committed to a teardown.
If this does work, you may still need a teardown due to pitting and ring
breakage.
