Due to a DPO, me, my car has had the seats reversed for about twenty years.  
In that time the car has not covered very many miles or made any long trips. 
  I have not noticed any problems.  My goal was so that the back could be 
tipped forward and stop the seat from getting hot while setting in the sun.
