The problem is that the buyer is offering a "Cashier's Check" in an
amount far above the price of the car.  The seller is to cash the check
and send the balance back to the buyer.  After that is done, the check
bounces and the seller is out the cash.  He still had the car in most
cases but is screwed for the amount he sent the buyer.
