magazine art. on sill replacement?

Hello,
I am restoring my TR3A and one of the first repairs will be the replacement of
one floorpan and all sills on both sides of the car.  At the bookstore
yesterday, I saw an ad of the front of the 2004 October issue of 'Grassroots
Motorsports' which had an article on replacing sills.  Rather than ordering
this particular back issue I thought I'd ask this list, "I thought sill
replacement was rather a straight-forward repair; why should I order this
magazine for THIS?
