Greetings..   The bolts you want are called AN shear bolts.   The threaded 
part is long enough for a standard nut and washer and have 3  threads showing.  
The rest is unthreaded shank.  These are available  at any aircraft supply 
store (look near a general aviation airport) and can be  bought singly and 
usually for about a buck apiece for this size.  Use a  nyloc or better yet, an 
all 
steel lock nut.     TJ
