Bob, I suspect your estimate of $30k for parts and labor is in the ballpark. 
Meanwhile, the only handy reference I have (online) is the NADA guide, which 
suggests a value at somewhere over $20k, but that's not for a "#1" car. 
Considering how early a car this is, correctly restored it might well bring 
nearer to $25-30k when done? TS333 is a REALLY early car and presumably has (or 
had originally) not only the long doors, but an aluminum bonnet and the early 
Lucas L471(?) taillamps that look like those on the MG-TD, among other unique 
features.

If there's enough there, the car might almost be worth restoring from the "sell 
it for what the restoration cost" perspective; regardless, it's worth someone's 
preserving it if at all possible, IMO.
