In between preparations for turkey dinner, or maybe after you've consumed
large quantities of Thanksgiving edibles, your LBC may appreciate being
taken out for a quick spin. Currently in my neck of the woods, it's a
beautiful, crisp, cool 50 degrees and the 20 minute run was just the ticket
to take my mind off the mayhem at the house. Give it a try, you won't
regret it.

Actually, I managed to do just that even before preparing my Thanksgiving
dinner. Of course, it had been warm but overcast all morning...right up to the
minute I climbed into the Herald and turned the key. Then the skies let loose,
and I ended up pretending the Herald was an Amphicar on the way to a
friend's house. But a little rain never hurt the car, and I managed to keep
the
mind-of-their-own defroster hoses in place long enough to keep the screen clear
and had a great drive!

*Mrs Irrelevant: Oh, is it a jet?
*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er,
Triumph Herald engine with wings.
