Well there is an overwhelming consensus that it is PM, technically it is neither, Noon is just that Noon, as is Midnight just Midnight. None of that manners however when you are programing a digital gate opener which you want to open at Noon, and your choices are 12:00 AM or 12:00 PM... soooo I picked PM.
