Jim,

Hang in there. I go through phases where I will be very active with my
TR6 for a while and then ignore it for months. This is mostly a function
of not having nearly as much time as I once did due to demands of my job.
And some laziness in my old age. But I want to keep the TR6 and know that
if I ever did sell it, I would dearly miss it.
It also hasn't helped that I recently bought a BMW M Coupe (two seat Z3
coupe platform with the 245HP M engine and running gear). With the M
coupe capable of screaming from 0 to 60 in 5.2 seconds, cornering like
mad, and brakes capable of stopping as if the hand of God is pulling you
back, the planned TR6 performance upgrades just seem kind of pointless
now. But the TR6 is still, and always will be, a fun Sunday driver and
will always have pole position in my garage (next to the beer fridge). ;-)

-Greg

ps. I know this isn't a BMW list, but for those curious, here is an M
coupe (not mine): http://www.368s.com/photo.phtml?PhotoID=961

...I'll have to put the LBC's away for a few months anyway.
Next spring will be a new day.
