I've been driving my car a lot lately, even in the cold mornings without at top and the car doesn't run very well until it has warmed up. I'm constantly adjusting the choke to try to get it to run decent, sometimes backfiring, before it starts to warm up and at which time runs great. Is this to be expected? This is my first car with a manual choke. maybe I'm not adjusting it correctly? Thanks in advance!
