I drove the car around the block with the clutch pedal in, and still
can't get the sucker unstuck. Ideas?

Try the same thing, more or less. Start the car with engine in gear, then
accelerate a bit, then stomp both clutch and brake pedals. Often, after 2-3
attempts, this will break the clutch disc free. Worked last time I had to free
a
stuck Spitfire MkIV clutch!
