Seat Foams - head rest?

I was looking at the seat foam kits and saw that neither Moss nor TRF offer
the foam for the headrest with the seat foam kit. why is that?  Is that not
a part of the seat?  I guess VB is the only one that has the headrest
included (unless I missed the small print).  

 

Is there another place to find the foams?  Any problem with VB?
