WIPAC headlights?

In my quest for upgraded lighting on the TR4, I've stumbled on WIPAC H-4
"quadoptic" conversion kits. Does anyone have direct experience with these,
and can you comment on how they compare with Cibies, Hellas, Bosch, etc?
