Power will be down, no matter what. Atmospheric pressure is what packs the
fuel/air mixture into the cylinders for each firing. Less pressure at high
altitude means less fuel/air mixture which means less power. The only way
around this law is some sort of forced induction like a supercharger.
Hmmm, wonder if there's room to squeeze an Eaton under the hood of a Stag
...
