Hi All,

While trying to get the Lucas TR6 distributor to have both centrifugal advance
and vacuum unit working I would like to replace the bodged up screws. All of my
regular hardware supplies do not match. Does anyone happen to know the thread
sizes used on the two screws holding the breaker plate or the screw holding the
breaker cam to the shaft?

Also, in my spares, I have a distributor made by Delco Remy that looks like it
would fit the TR6. Did Triumph ever use a Delco? It has the tach drive, hold
down plate and clamp as well as the correct drive dog. It also has a dual
vacuum unit with ports for advance and retard.
