Has anyone ever been able to contact a live person at Ebay to discuss a problem
with their account? Ebay posted an illegitimate charge to my account, and no
matter where I email, I can't get anyone to help. Its driving me nuts!
They have place my account on hold, but there is no way I'm paying $40 I don't
owe!
What can you do in a situation like this? I've never encountered a more
customer un-friendly organization.
