Nope, no way to install it at all.  The flywheel flange on the TRactor
motor
is quite a bit bigger than the seal surface.

Really?  Then how do you install the seal?  I must admit that I've yet to
take apart a TRactor motor and my most recent esperience is with a TR8
motor where the seal rides on the flywheel hub (the hub to which the
flywheel bolts) and there is no lip.  Having a lip would interfere with
seal installation, would it not?
