Justin Wagner still in business?

After a millenium or two, I'm ready to start reassembling my TR4's 
engine.  I don't see Justin's sump gasket on his Web page and have sent him 
emails which have gone unanswered.  Since he used to be very responsive to 
questions, I wonder if all is OK with him.  Does anyone know if he's still 
offering the TR4 sump gasket?
