Late last night I took a browse through my parts bin. I was apparently
mistaken about Lucas points having the wiper, as I found several sets of
Lucas (some NOS) and none of them of them did. One dizzy did have a set of
points installed with a bright red (still, after all these years) wiper ...
couldn't see any identifying marks but the metal parts were copper plated.
Might well have been Blue Streak.
Also found a NORS set of points from Echlin that still had the little
capsule of cam grease.
