I agree with Jim, but note that having liners installed will probably be
substantially more expensive than just boring for oversize pistons, even if
it's only two cylinders instead of six.
Personally, I would only bore enough to clean up the pits, if .010" is
enough then only do that, but make all the cylinders the same. Leaving the
pits would only be acceptable if you don't mind the engine burning oil,
blowing blue smoke, and likely needing another rebuild in 20,000 miles.

You might want to consider doing the mod to install two sets of thrust
washers. This seems to be one of the weak points of the 6-pot, possibly
compounded by the heavy clutches available today, and IMO is worth
addressing while you've got it apart. The damage from a failed TW is pretty
grim, can ruin both the block and crank.
