The reason the TR4 (and the TR2-3 for that matter) spin the inside wheel on
turns is because the axle runs over the frame and when the car leans enough
the frame contacts the axle and lifts the wheel.  Adding a front sway bar
reduces lean and eliminates the problem.  Adding a rear bar will not
restore the problem since the axle/frame contact has been elminated but
will add some dandy oversteer (or reduce the understeer) for a more
fullfilling experience.  At least it did on my TR4.
