Yes, I used to use the N9Y plugs before and just after the engine
rebuild but I always had this issue with stumbling under
low-RPM/high-load. It took a long time just to get to this point where
changing the plugs temporally corrects the problem. I did change the
wires but that didn't seem to have any affect. I am going to carefully
inspect the plugs today, seems like something like this should be
visible in some way. Oh, I had it on good authority that the NGK's would
tolerate heat better than other brands so I selected them for that
reason.
