This may have been discussed before, but I need to upgrade my air
compressor to one that can provide 100% supply for sand blasting,....

Just an anecdote: I have a very nice locally (MPLS,MN) built compressor,
60 gal tank, 5 real hp, 230V, 11cfm @ 110psi, and it's not at all big enough
for continuous sandblasting. With my 40# pot, I am frequently pausing to let
it catch up. I'll occasionally even patch in my little 2 gal, 4 cfm tire
compressor to help.
Figure out the biggest one you can afford, then get a loan and get bigger.
