Non-LBC question: satellite radio?

I'd be interested in hearing comments and opinions from anyone using 
satellite radio, either Sirius or XM. I'm giving it some serious 
thought, but it would be helpful to know what it's like from folks 
who already have it. Like, dislikes and why one system is better than 
the other. On paper it seems like a great idea, but you never know....
