Actually, although they are beautiful photos I believe they were taken on a flight she did with the RAF Red Arrows around 1996 to celebrate twenty years of Concorde flights. The last 3 (official) flights were in October (24th?) all landing at Heathrow around 4pm. There were a few more flights later to deliver the six remaining aeroplanes to their museums. A great shame, but the crash in Paris followed two years later by the events of 9/11 were blows from which the powers that be deemed commercial recovery impossible. David Brister 1967 TR4A. |
