Time for some detective work. With the key on, use a voltmeter or test lamp
to measure from each terminal of the brake light switch to ground. Usually,
the body of the switch will do for a ground. You should find power on the
green wire, and not on the green/purple. Then get someone to hold the brake
pedal down for you, or wedge something between the pedal and the wheel (I
have a modified bar clamp for this purpose). Now you should find power on
both wires. If the power on the green "goes away", then you have a bad
connection somewhere between it and the fuse block (possibly the fuse
itself). If the green/purple has power, but still no brake lights, then the
problem is somewhere between the switch and the RH brake light. (Check the
ground at the light, too, the factory ground arrangement was none too
secure. I recommend an additional ground wire for all the rear lamps.)

Let us know what you find, & we'll go from there.
