TR4/4A Accelerator Pedal Bushings

Can someone tell me if the two plates that retain the accelerator
bushings (where the accel. rod pedal goes through the firewall) mount a)
both on the engine bay side of the firewall, b) both on the cockpit side
of the firewall, or c) one on each side?  And is it the same on both
ends (driver and passenger) - if it's different, how so?
