Wow, that's really an interesting (and scary) failure !  There's not a lot
of vertical force on those in normal operation, but there is definitely some
... they should be a fairly tight fit in the center link.

Were the old ones tight when they came out ?  Where did you get the new
silentblocs ?

Assuming the fit was at least snug, I would probably disassemble, clean
thoroughly, then reassemble using Loctite Circular Parts mount (or whatever
they're calling it these days).  Ideally of course, you would chase down the
discrepancy and replace the offending part ... but Loctite will get you back
on the road quicker !
