Even though DMB made the battery, Track is the company that provides the
warranty.
A example: Cummins builds the engine for Dodge diesel trucks. Cummins will
not provide free warranty service because Dodge buys motors without a cummins
warranty. Cummins is not legally bound for provide free repairs even though
they built the motor.
DMB is not bound to provide warranty for a battery they produced but did not
retail.
Fror a replacement, I suggest a Delco ( AC Delco as in GM ). These batteries
do not leak and provide long service.
