What you could do is send a message to majordomo@autox.team.net, with the
body of the message being

index triumphs
end


You'll get a message back listing all the files in the triumphs archive,
listed as

file_size  date_modified  file_name


Decide which files you want mailed to you, then send another message to
majordomo@autox.team.net with the commands

get file_name_1
get file_name_2
...
get file_name_N
end
