Hello, everyone. As I worked to install the distributor pedestal in my rebuild engine today, I noticed that the (copper or brass?) end cap of the tachometer drive has one side chipped off. Apparently these are NA. Does anyone have a workaround? (I could, I suppose, very carefuly wind copper strands from from light guage wire around it, then solder it solid.) As always, thank you for your assistance. Terry Smith '59 TR3A TS 58667 New Hampshire |
