Any auto parts store should have a small assortment of grease nipples for
about $5.

My Haynes says 5 strokes every 6000 miles.

Any quality, lithium-based grease should do fine.  Look for NLGI 2 on the
tube.  I like the stuff that has moly (MoS2) in it, but it's not necessary.
