I was talking to a guy where I work who just built a motorcycle from scratch. In Colorado, it takes several visits to the MVD and State Police to obtain temporary permits and have the vehicle inspected. He says it is very important that you have receipts for everything on it so that you can prove it was built and not stolen. The same procedure would apply to a kit car. Dave |
