I have an old set of Amco side curtains for the TR3. For a number of
reasons, to long to mention, I need to use them right away, but I am having
difficulty figuring out exactly how they go together. I have two vinyl
pieces and I think there should be four. One piece has "lift the dot" snaps
and the other does not, however, the regular snaps on both pieces are both
female and will not match up. I can fabricate pieces, if necessary, but
even switching the two pieces side to side do not make them fit.

Any help is appreciated.

Subject: tr6 question

Hello,

Quick question for all those TR6 owners.

Thinking of getting a TR6 via e-bay. Seller says care is complete. I
asked how the frame condition was. He replied ok but it is missing the
center plate.

What does that mean?

I know the TR3 and 4 but am not familiar with the 6 frame. Is this a
problem? Is it something that rusted bad and was removed? Bolt on or
welded? Can the plate be re-attached? Can a new or used plate be
acquired and installed?

A quick reply is appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob Labuz
