What kind of grease or lubrication should be added to the shift lever at various points, such as in the retainer and cap, at the bottom of the ball, and where the lever contacts the shift forks? I'm installing an anti-rattle pin and spring (neiter was in place, and my shift lever rattled loudly when accelerating after shifting). Any tips for installing the anti-rattle spring? Spring...you have to love that word... TIA, Bill Stagg 1960 TR3A |
