Bill -
I purchased the Revington TR bushing for my TR3 steering column. It
was 17.54 shipped (in late 2001). Regrettably, I have not driven
with it yet, but it seemed like a quality piece of merchandise and
was easy to install. Definitely an improvement over the felt, IMHO.
If I'd been thinking I would have ordered a half dozen, as shipping
would have cost about the same - it weighs next to nothing! Then I
could have sent them out to folks like you as needed.
Oh well. Live and learn.
Anyway - I would recommend the Revington item. Seems like they got
it to me pretty quickly.
