I suppose if there were a strip like that on the sill it would be about 1
1/4" wide with a 3/8" downturn then further 3/8" extension in
width......anything
wider would show outside the door when closed.......
Two comments"
1. I think it was owner fabricated...........and not original, nor ever an
aftermarket product....
2. I don't think it is necessary.......My red TR4A's sill is
painted.......was painted 12 years ago........doesn't have a scratch on
it!..........it's not
some place MY foot ever hits when I get into the car..........
