TR4 horn

According the original owner, the horn on the TR4 never worked properly when
he bought it new in 1966.  He stated sometimes it would work, while making a
turn.  Chris mentioned in his message Two down, One to go, that there is a
fuse for the horn.  So to display my ignorance where is this fuse located?
Hope to have some tinker time tomorrow, so open for any suggestions.  Thanks
