1 st item is order the Justin Wagner sump gasket, well worth the $$$$$, most oil leaks I have encountered are from the front timing chain seal, it leaks down on the front of the pan and then the wind/air moving under the car does a good job of coating the entire undercarriage, so either replace the front timing seal or try to seal the cover, Justin's gasket will do wonders with leaks.
