The manual (TR3-4) says toe-in is 0 to 1/8". Where do you suppose that 1/8" would be measured? At the tire tread? Is that an eighth-inch difference between the front measurement and the rear measurement? Or is it a front measurement that is 1/8" less than zero toe-in.
