The only time I ever see the little glass cylinder full is if the float valve needle has failed to seat properly and I am about to have to do a "Flooded Engine and Intake Manifold Drill". On one occasion after removing all the plugs I failed to disconnect the coil before turning the engine on the starter and that led to an "Engine Fire Drill." David Brister.
